Wiper Motor from inside

Vauxhall Corsa C Windscreen Wiper Motor.
Engine windshield from the inside.
Untwisting the engine,

my wiper motor makes a grinding noise, I was thinking maybe it needs to be taken apart and lubed?

If it's already grinding, the inside nylon gear is probably wore beyond its limit or the motor gear is out of lubrication all together and is running dry.
