Weather models can be evaluated over time, over the course of days, by how well their predictions come true. Climate, which is by definition weather averaged over many years, makes any statistically significant evaluation of climate models impossible in the short term- probably not for decades if not centuries. If the modelers believe in global warming then the parameters chosen are likely to reflect that. Current climate models are off to an inauspicious start by making predictions of much too high temperatures. To say that science proves global warming because of climate models is egregious circular reasoning.
Have they even BEEN to that beach? A quick look will tell you the land slopes up VERY quickly there. If you want to do such a silly project, at least do it in some tidal lowland where it will matter!
