if you have raig battler you can get it in about 15 minutes and to get it just go to red herring stage 85 and spam raig battler (make sure to upgrade bank so you can keep affording that whopping 1 dollar!) but be ware of the boss because he can become immortal and oneshot for 0.89 picoseconds
