Congratulations first and foremost! I’m 19 months post op vsg… from 405 to 170. I never watch anything when I eat. I find that focusing on my food only is very important. In my opinion you have to stay at four ounces per meal. Leave out fast foods.
Yes, eating too fast can catch you off guard. Before you know it’s too late. But you’ll get the hang of it. Congratulations on your upcoming surgery! 🎉 Be sure to get plenty of rest and make sure to walk walk walk to get the gas out! You got this! 💪🏾
Omg!! You totally got this!! Be sure to WALK WALK WALK! It really helps with the gas pain. The beginning is tough but it will get so much better soon! I pray you have a safe successful surgery! ❤❤

Congratulations on your journey! I scheduled it for the end of the month and I am nervous but excited. But it is reassuring to hear you say it is the best decision you've ever made. I think the different treatment is also due to the energy change and the happiness you unintentionally let out (the glow).

It feels so good to have something finally work. & I agree, my confidence has definitely shot through the roof since surgery.
I did it! I am only 11days post-op and I am down 19lbs from the pre-op diet to now.... I haven't recovered from my mind being blown... I suppose it is water weight first right?
Yes 19lbs!!! You’re losing some water weight and fat loss as well. When you’re consuming such little calories our bodies start burning through its fat stores for energy. Congratulations! 🎊
Eating too fast has always been such a bad habit for me and I still struggle and I went through this a couple of times I need to continue to work through it

Yay 🥳 congrats. I’m 2 weeks post op. Sw was 241 and today I weighed at 226. I can’t wait to hit onederland.

Congratulations, I will be 2 month post op tomorrow. We got some of the same stats. I down 32 pounds. I’m excited about this journey.

I have question…. Did you have hunger pains after surgery!
Hi, I’m currently 5 months post op & I don’t get hunger pains/cramping. But I do feel really hungry if I forget to eat or drink water all day.
