Firstly american houses are built with compress paper, Jamaican houses are built with bricks. Secondly the houses are beautiful but the roads do need fixing and landscaping this neighbourhood could employ a company to fix the roads and employ a permanent Landscaping company to maintain the landscape everyone could contribute a yearly fee. I know Jamaica has fantastic gardeners, problem solved. Jamaica has one of the strictest building codes in the world every step of the way an inspector comes to see that the property is built to Jamaican standards. You have to put in iron rods in the property and it has to be built to Hurricane resistant levels.

Emergency 🚨 vehicles 🚗 are able to moved along without obstructing. Travel and you will see and at the same time take your camera; then upload on UA-cam, which will make you understand zoning and infrastructure in some regions.

I think they should get a community board put in place in each Parish and neighborhood and they should collect a certain amount of money monthly for maintenance where they may use the local youth to work on maintaining the outside of the homes, sidewalks and streets.
