Why give up something god provided you with? There is nothing wrong with wanting to have sex for the sake of pleasure itself. You people will always find wrong with everything all because some scripture or some guru said so. Gosh, wake up. You came here to explore physical reality - this is what it's all about. It's not about becoming pure, reaching god or whatever end or goal you put in your heads and thus limit yourselves in your divine experience of self..

Once we die..our soul goes back to god..so what's the purpose of shunning the physical and start looking for god..u wil automatically be with god once u die..this is such a simple truth that nobody wants to apply their common sense.

I agree with the pressure being an issue and conformist... however we are on a path of self discovery, whichever route people go down isn’t necessarily wrong because its seeking divine nature. Paradoxically this too is the point/path.

God has purposely given sex, He wants us to experience every single tangible thing around us only to Realise in the end that these possessions can't give us the satisfaction all of us are seeking since the beginning of our Life. We are caught in this material world because of our own karmic actions and we won't be able to escape it unless we realise our true nature.

If you read P. Yogananda's book or biography you will find reference of Christ many times. As I understand it is to relate Devine power.

It's very hard. When Shakti goes down the bliss level hits 100%, there is no sensation higher. The highest form of bliss extreme happyness empty mind without shakti going down can only hit 49-50% of that, with all perception feeling states being below that. in between that lies the 50-51% is space. nothing. just the peace of an actionless empty mind. 51.000001% to 99,9999% doesn't exist. Sexual attraction itself is a part of yang. It is a positive matter, neither male nor female just a simple attraction to matter or an outer shell; The double bliss of shakti, with the devotion to lift one of the consciousness within and the beautiful shell to the name of God, and the other consciousness to worship (most high word). The highest form of feeling Shakti is one consciousness becomes God and the other worships. This Double bliss is a double yolk, a gateway to the ultimate dream; which is becoming forgotten in our present time. This is the serpent going up and down at the same time, in everything else it only goes one direction.
Swamiji and Yogananda ji are the great monks India has produced.

Absolute legit, the spine is very much biased to his system but the description of the light is completely real. The issue is that he and many others use the words, I can experience that. But you actually can’t without distorting it with egoistic clinging to this body and it’s concerns. “In the words of Ramana Maharishi one who comes to this state cannot see it he can only be it”.
By remaining the witness you build the karma of separation from realization that gives rise to Fear and eventually Desire or Yin and Yang which creates Maya or Samsara. You must merge; achieve yoga (union) or samahadhi (stable Union) in order to do this you must give up trying to see what your experience of transcendence is like and be transcendence itself. Otherwise by checking on your meditation you separate yourself into the one who witnesses the expierence and so if your experience is God you become separate from God in order to witness. Which is actually why God choose for incarnation so he could witness his own beauty but the price for witnessing beauty is the Turmoil of the various states mental and emotional which result from feeling separate from God. God accepts this because the current of the river of suffering ushers all the shards of his consciousness back to Union and knows in the most absolute sense that no pain can ever harm the true soul which is the seed of consciousness of every being. God knows he will have the experience without ever truly being harmed, that all harm perceived in samsara is like a dream and cannot do anything to what is primos pure and perfect.
So if you can... sit within the space where all thoughts spring allow yourself to see it has no borders and no observable characteristics beyond awareness which itself is that and has no characteristic. It may help to see everything you know and have ever known has sprung rested and dissolved into this space but ultimately once you see awareness is nothing whatsoever besides the light of knowing and that extends out at the very least as far as your eyes can see ears can hear or imagination can take you. Once you see it is beyond good and evil that it is beyond all extremes of being or not being. Accept it. Accept you have seen the ultimate however unimpressed you might be.
Then surrender everything to it, no thinking, examination, or analysis just allow it pure unrestrained freedom to be as it is. Take inventory only when the energy becomes overwhelming in which case take a break, or when you suspect you are loosing consciousness. Don’t close your eyes keep them open if they closed on there own don’t be distracted if they open don’t be distracted just keep returning regardless of distraction to this pure open field. Many phenomena like bliss or vision may arise do not become attached these are just the ego reacting if you examine the phonemena again you will return to observer and observed, simply return to awareness. Gradually more and more exalted phenomena will occur and your faith that this is the correct path and key to all virtue will become strong. You will know your true identity as perfect and pure so even when you act in the world. You will have an undercurrent of confidence in your goodness even in anger or unconscious thinking.
Most people cannot do this it for whatever reason is surrounded by too many obstacles in which case purified of coarse and subtle emotional trauma is required to settle the mind in contentment so you won’t fear the dissolution of ego. Otherwise the dissolution of ego is like a rapacious demon that will frighten you away with many different thought traps.
Anyone looking for a teacher please seek out Lama Rigdze - Konchog Namdrol. Is also a Master Healer, Tarot Reader, and a extremely gifted orator. I find this to be my experience completely know happiness first and if you feel called to follow a deeper calling you should but for me following a deeper calling has I’m fact deepened my pain unimaginably at times you are actively releasing all attachment to your own necessity to exist and your ego and your body will create terrible nightmares for you to calmly endure in order to untie the knots of your own neurosis. Real selflessness means ceasing to fight everything that every inspired you to be defensive or protective of yourself, it means generating contentment where your worst fears and angers used to live. It’s this amazing transformers which people feel amongst the saints as tranquility and contentment when around them, but they may never in this life choose to build that within themselves no sooner than they would set themselves ablaze.
Lama Rigdze has created a system as a westerner to answer the question of how do I love myself and has not made it connected to a commitment to any religion or belief in anything but your own emotional and your own body. You can find your way back to a childlike contentment. It’s worth exploring if your wish is to escape your own inner pain above all else.
Enlightenment is not something people should see as a substance for life. Even enlightened people are busy and have responsibilities. Enlightenment is not exclusively a road to happiness and it can’t be achieving if that’s your motivation. If you just want contentment Lama Rigdze has invented a science of dissolving emotional pain and increasing happiness and joy none of that has to do with dissolving the ego outright, it is a desire of the ego to have pleasure and be free of pain. All organisms all life on this planet seeks this and they certainly are neither being spiritual nor being selfless.

God did not choose for incarnation, brother. We did. The physical body is the idea of separation manifested. The body's eyes see only form and therefore do not see at all. The world of form is always changing, yet truth is eternally the eternally consistent and eternally the same. It is not God's will that we suffer in this world of impermanence. Good question well the more you pursue & enjoy the material pleasures the more you’re stuck in the karmic muck (good/bad) this karma will push you back into the game of life & death again & again also soul is the sukshma sharir it is not the ultimate causal body or the Karan sharir which is pure bliss awareness/shiva chitta also no material pleasure is bigger than getting one with the unified field again.

The real essence of birth in physical body is that the soul wants to experience the physical dimensions , explore the experiences of our emotions and senses through our choice ( be it good or bad ). Soul is not here to find out. Soul is always connected to god. Once a soul leaves a physical body it's already one with god but it cannot experience physical dimension in the spiritual dimension. So soul takes up physical body to have different kinds of physical experiences and evolove. So stop running around chasing god instead start enjoying the physical through choices. Sexual energy is god's energy. It's sacred. It's given to u to reproduce and experience love peace n joy through it. To experience god through sexual energy. Why this drama about giving up sex , saving semen , becoming yogi..it's all a big fat illusion. Many yogis have to take birth again and again because they gave up their physical experince for spiritual one. So in their next births they are forced to take up family life n responsibility. I have seen my past lives and in one past life I gave up family to become monk. But what happened. I am coming again n again in another body to take up responsibility of family n experience family life which I shunned beleving ultimate goal is to give up on materiallife n find god. Till a soul experiences all kinds of physical experiences possible on earth it will not be liberated from the cycle of birth n death. So stop chasing illusion n start enjoying the physical dimension with ur choices.

Wonderful video but false to say Kriya Yoga is the highest practice....there are different practices such as Shaktipat which is recognized the highest form of sadhna....Best to say Kriya ayoga is one of the methods to attain the highest self.
