They even cut in some of the original footage from the first video into this one. The confusion is last year they advertised the boat as a 2020 and this year they are saying it is a 2021 ua-cam.com/video/xOStJOLdX-M/v-deo.html

I have difficulty imagining the wealth and type who buys this boat. It's obviously not the billionaire, global finance magnate who would have something twice the size with a helicopter pad but it also wouldn't be feasible for a $2 million dollar a year Wall Street lawyer or a $10 million per year CEO. It's too expensive for even them. I guess I don't know enough about the contribution of chartering and financing to ownership.
A vessel like this would require a net worth likely above $250M, likely it would be purchased using an equity line of credit leveraged by investment portfolios.
probably why it’s already for sale. They didn’t want to charter it and they aren’t using it as much as they thought. Usually a yacht this size you charter it. Although it wont fully cover the operating cost but it will save the owner from paying for a full time dock.
