I love Lacrimosa, but I sometimes wonder if I'm literally the only English-speaking fan haha. Does anyone know why they are so popular, being a German-lyric band, with Spanish-speaking people? I mean absolutely no offense by this, I just find it incredibly intriguing. We obviously ALL have great taste in music! :)

I do Also have the same question but i think that obviusly it's a cultural fact, and imagine that we also think that european people looks like a little bit cold, a little bit reserved from here, and add another fact, in the "gothic scene" -don't know if the term is right- is totally "underground" this is, so hard to express, so hard to become expressive, so hard "to go out of the sun" and obviusly experiment the rejection of the Sistem in wich music industry definitly IS, therefore germans, English, spanish people don't buy the tickets 😅
Its for the defeat. Mexicans and Germans understand ourselves for our pain, tragedies and miseries. These are the reason because Lacrimosa is so popular in Mexico.

Is strange... in the spanish-speaking world, there's a bielorrusian band which name is "molchat doma" with songs in russian and is very popular.
