Teddy's voice to me, is like smooth honey, slowly trickling down the rough edges of a beautiful Maple Tree 💗💗💗 I think the majority of us have felt this, at some point in our lives, & that Teddy, is able to open that memory, like it was yesterday, is something that makes Artists like Teddy, stand out 💞💞💞 Luv your reactions, so authentic & so real!!! 😊
I don't know which is better, Teddy performing or watching first time reactions. Teddy has covers to all styles. Pop, rock, country and r&b. Check out more please. (This is a cover.)
That's exactly what I said everybody's first response as soon as you start singing. They kind of look back at their screen like what in the world. It's priceless
He has some new songs out, so make sure you go hear them. "Dose" is one of them. He didn't write this song, but Bonnie Raitt first sang it I believe. Mike Reid and Allen Shamblin are the composers of this song I Can't Make You Love Me if You Don't.
It's so funny watching people's first response to him singing this song. Just like your response that you had. They can't believe that voice is coming out of his. Teddy swims is a bad dude.
Multiple different top notch performers I hear accents of many. Lionel Richie- gets deep on the brink of doing some Barry White.. mucho soul. This cat has range effortlessly. Real
So today's a rough day...I just wanted to thank you again for doing this and the the other 2 you did for me.. today my dad would have 52 so I'm treating again these 3 video because they all came at a time I needed to know he was with me..thank you so much!!
Hi James, love your reactions. This is one of my favourite bands, old school. Would love to know what you think of this, one of their biggest hits. Cheers Stephanie. The Animals - House of the Rising Sun (1964) HQ/Widescreen ♫ 58 YEARS AGO
@@JamesMasonJFrost21 are you serious oh my gosh that's such bull crap yes if you figure out a way to get it on there that would be awesome I can't believe they did that

@@JamesMasonJFrost21 James, loved your reaction, Teddy absolutely killed it! This song is was released in 1991 by Bonnie Raitt and is the only song in my music library that I have 3 versions of(Teddy Swims, Bonnie Raitt and Nancy Wilson), they each move me in a different way. I just listened to Chris Stapleton's song Cold, its crazy awesome as well! Please have a look at an Australian group called the Tesky Brothers, they have that old school flare along the lines of Otis Redding(my all time favorite). Check out their Colors show version of Rain, Pain and Misery and Crying Shame.
If you like this you should check out the cover Chris Stapleton did to whipping post I promise it will be worth your time. A lot of people say keep your girl away from Chris. LOL
i keep hearing people say.....he's NOT Luther, ok - of course he's not but why would this conversation even come up? if Teddy Swims said he never heard of Luther Vandross he'd be telling a lie
his voice definately has a soulful sound...the only thing i can say about comparing him to other singers from back then is, the art of capturing people with your voice...that would be the only thing they have in common because he has his own style that he puts into his music. Very talented guy.
