Some huge stores, great to see a few different things. That one store you stopped at would’ve driven me into the poor house! Finding a store with rare pieces like that are so difficult to come by nowadays - fantastic!

What a beautiful looking city! It’s a refreshing view vs. Niagara Falls. I live so close and seen it so many times that it’s like yeah…water and rocks. Some excellent pickups as well! Can’t wait to add some to my collection when you throw them up on the wall. It’s really cool seeing where the books I end up getting from you originated from. Sweet to see a toys r us. Had one in my hometown growing up and haven’t been in one since it closed. Nice little dose of nostalgia to scratch the brain! Spent countless hours in there.

RE: Physical Media - it is so important to keep this alive. How often ppl download media only to have the provider delete or remove that media even after you paid for it. With physical media, what’s yours, stays yours - it’s not an NFT. You have the freedom to watch or play what you want, when you want, and no one can take that away from you or continue to charge you after the fact

Steve Purcell did Sam and Max. Can you believe He, Art Adams and Mike Mignola lived in the same apartment complex in Oakland in the late 80's. I used to visit the group. Good times

@@WestCoastDAVEngers Like comic hunting, I think it helps a lot to have certain things to look for as a starting point and branch out from there. Whenever I'm looking at DVDs, I'm looking for horror stuff like Dead Alive or Takashi Miike stuff.

PS: That Change for a Dollar poster by Wrightson is a classic ...I used to stare at it in the poster rack of my home town comic shop in the 80's. I was stoked to find Nifty Keen Stuff in Van and bought one each of every old Wrightson Print they had. :)

Also, I wouldn’t say that Toys R Us is representative of all of them. The one closest to me is largely dominated by action figures and Barbie - with a rather large selection of games. But kids toys just are t what they used to be, so some of the feeling is diluted for sure. Amazing video my friend, thanks for sharing with us the treasures you picked up along your journey!
