I don't know why it made me think of it like this, but thinking about the lyrics and then that final steady note made me think of this song as someone on their death bed saying their final goodbyes before flat lining.
I always imagined some kind of AI getting corrupted/malfunctioning and with the last fragments of her consciousness tries to send a message to the human/humans that took care of her, getting overwhelmed by some foreign data that, in her final moments, gives her something that she never had before: Emotions. And as she is saying her farewells, she feels fear, sadness, but most of all, joy and happiness for this beautiful gift she received in the end.

Every minute after makes me feel like I'm accepting that my time has come to leave this world and pass onto the next life. Thank you for these feelings.
Me acorde del ultimo dia en que vi a mi abuelita con vida, le dio una enfermedad parecida a la diabetes y se quedo ciega por esa misma enfermedad, una semana despues fallecio por esa misma enfermedad y fui a su funeral, por alguna razon no llore durante todo su funeral hasta al dia siguiente que fuimos toda la familia, antes de que la cremaran nos dieron la oportunidad de tomar nuestro tiempo para dar una ultima despedida, fuimos entrando en algunos grupos y yo entre junto a mi madre y mi hermana, ya cuando todos nos ibamos a ir entre al baño y empeze a llorar, a la que mas le afecto fue a mi madre ya que a pesar de ser su suegra ella la sintio como su madre ya que le toco vivir un tiempo antes de que naciera y dijo que ella le dio varias cosas que su madre no le dio (No en el sentido de cosas fisicas) y que se alegro cuando mi madre le dio la noticia de que yo iba a nacer.
