This episode spoilt the whole story . The way of the haracter Mutasim potrait and the drastic action he took at last totally wrong. Writer should maintain the loyality of the character.

Meerab slapping and spitting on Murtasim was totally wrong , after writing the story so well till this episode the writer made a mistake, instead of fighting with each other Meerab and Murtasim should have understood eachother and exposed Haya and her bad intentions.
They could have given a intense emotional fight (without slap and spit) between the two followed by temporary separation if not a patch up. Yumna and Wahaj would have killed it with their powerful acting skills. Alas. What a wasted opportunity. Tbh whatever was shown, it felt like I was watching some different show characters.
From the show perspective and an audience perspective you are absolutely right that the spit was unnecessary. But in real life perspective during such intense emotional fight spit happens and I will mention again spit was not necessary for the show and audience but won't say it ruined the show. And the whole fight was too natural and about the slap Murtasim deserved it. Come on the way Haya hugged him and their scene from Meerab's perspective, Murtasim surely deserved all those words and the slap. @winnerspathstreak
Totally agreed with your point. This is the only time when i was really disappointed with both Wahaj and Yumna to approve such a scene when we all know that the two actors choose their scripts very carefully. The whole slap and spitting, marital rape and then improvising it into something else during to audience backlash was a major disappointment for the fans. I really hope that the two actors won't fall for such scripts again because they have already set up high bars by their incredible performances in other serials.
