700-750,000 dps sustained for this entire fight is a lot higher than I'm doing at 614 item level, even though I'm pretty sure I'm not horribly messing up the rotation. Does that include brann's dps in details? And, if yes, do you have any idea how much dps he's doing in the video?
Yeah it includes Brann's DPS. He did about 7% damage overall so my DPS without his would be at around 660k from the 707k at the end which is still pretty good. I did however play with the "Armorphous Relic" from Brann which gave me a 12% damage buff for the whole fight. So if you are not running it already and are not playing tank I would strongly suggest using it.
Don't worry, the first time I tried the fight I was like: "Yeah, this won't work", but Brann is actually quite good at keeping you alive if you use your defensives and grab his healing potions from the floor. But the fight has a lot of rng, so just keep trying! :)
It took me about 30 or so attempts for the Tier ?? fight and I had I think around 10 tries on the Tier ? one And yeah, the rng on this one is bad. I often died because he did 2 crits in a row or had bad overlaps ^^
@@z4aron332I did "?" with 606 ilvl from the first try, but now I'm 610 and I cannot kill "??" after 15-20 tries. The most frustrating try was when I had super clean attempt, and then Zekvir simply oneshotted me with a 4.5kk melee crit. I need some wee rest after that.
I used a rank 2 "Flask of Alchemical Chaos" and the buff food I used is called "Beledar's Bounty". I also had 2 different kinds of healing potions, "Algari Healing Potion" (also Rank 2) and the Delve healing potion called "Cavedweller's Delight". Pro Tip: They do not share the same cooldown! :)
Are you perhaps playing on a language other than english? I've set up the WeakAura per Spellname rather than SpellID which would explain the question marks.
Hey there! If you watch closely I am getting hit for ~2/3 of my HP sometimes when he crits and ~1/3 for each normal hit. What kept me alive was using my defensives as often as possible as well as the potions on the floor that Brann throws from time to time. I also used my healing ability "Regrowth" as often as I could whenever I got a free cast proc, switched to Bear Form to tank a hit or heal myself, and my 1.5min cooldown healing spell but Brann did most of the healing by far. In the second phase of the fight I even started healing Brann instead of myself because you aren't getting hit that much anyways as the boss is almost always casting something you need to dodge or react to. Brann even died in the second phase. Furthermore, in another comment I shared that you can use 2 different healing potions as they do not share a cooldown with each other. They're called "Algari Healing Potion" and "Cavedweller's Delight". Just keep in mind that once used, they do have a 5min cooldown so they are more of a "panic-button" when being low on health and feeling that Brann can't keep up with the healing right now.
