I'm a 27 year old grad student who's tired of hearing the voices of shouldve couldve wouldve and being haunted by want if's I've always loved combat sports and am determined to go pro that'll be my championship. Best of luck to you!
Fav Boxing Creator so far, keep doing your shit and getting better bro. You definitely take this seriously and i can see you being a champ maybe undisputed 😁
Is it bad I watch all his fights every fight he has shown and studied every thing he does just in case I ever run into him but once I move I would love to work at his gym I love the way he fights
Hey Dominic! I'm personally trying to figure out how I can balance weightlifting and boxing. Do you always do boxing/cardio first and lift later in the day? I feel like when I lift weights first, it fatigues my muscles and affects my boxing after or even the next day. I usually just try to workout once a day and not twice a day since im not a professional. Let me know what your thoughts are!
I ain’t gon lie big bro, you gotta train harder. I’m an amateur with 6 fights and I run 6 miles, I built my legs up to run 6 miles everyday and I’m on my 3rd day in a row. You gotta work like a dog and when I turn pro, ik I’m gonna work sunrise to sundown.
You gotta put them weights down it’s making you look stiff…..look at old school boxers they didn’t lift or they did low weight high reps Either you gonna look like a bodybuilder or look like a boxer can’t be both
You don’t know what your talking about . Hang cleans and those type of exercises is what boxers do to maintain strength and explosive strength. He is doing exercises that will help strengthen and condition his legs and arms! I’m a amateur state champion and i do those
This video came at a perfect time because I’m starting my boxing journey on Monday

Try watching amateur boxing as well and seeing how amateur boxers train

Hey he lifts weights too so how does he still move like that? Don’t your muscles become bulky and slow you down and gas you out?
No cause he is doing exercises that help him stay athletic
As a boxer you really gonna be doing too much cardio to gain a lot of bulky muscle, burns too many calories
How are the punches counted was the counter on the arm or bag?
He goes over the footage and presses the counter every time he punches
probably over the sound...
When is ur next fight?
bro is looking like famous dex on steroids
Dude getting hit in the shoulders/arms SUCKS. It's such a weapon if you can use it right
You gotta put them weights down it’s making you look stiff…..look at old school boxers they didn’t lift or they did low weight high reps
