Eliot Luka well no only thing that is canon is the dragon ball manga and the dragon ball super series gt, movies and any type of games is considered non-canon you see mira is an artificial demon he was created part human, part frieza race, part saiyan, and he is mostly a demon, he is also the current king of demons, his goal is to gather the dna of the strongest fighters in the universe from every possible timeline and time period so he can achieve ultimate power and as i said since he is a saiyan and a demon and since he can transform into a super saiyan which is called super Mira he is a super saiyan demon

And also said that SSB goku had blue hair because if it was white it would clash with the new introduced character. So i saw a rumour that it could have been mira and after seeying your comment explaining how mira is part saiyan it made sense to me because if SSB was white instead of blue and mira has white hair and is part saiyan, he would look kind of similar to Gohan and people would think mira is a SSG. I just had to be sure he wasn't canon, for now at least. Thanks for explaining mate :D
