Iron Maiden are an English heavy metal band formed in Leyton, East London, in 1975 by bassist and primary songwriter Steve Harris. The band's discography has grown to 40 albums, including 16 studio albums, 13 live albums, four EPs, and seven compilations.

The X Factor is the tenth studio album by English heavy metal band Iron Maiden, released on 2 October 1995 through EMI Records. CMC International released the album in North America. It is the first of two albums by the band to include Blaze Bayley, formerly of Wolfsbane, as vocalist, replacing Bruce Dickinson who left the band following their previous tour to pursue a solo career. It also saw the departure of the band’s longtime producer Martin Birch, who retired shortly after the release of their previous album. The album takes a darker tone than the band's first nine releases, due to the lyrics being based on personal issues surrounding Steve Harris at the time, who was in the midst of a divorce. This is reflected in the cover artwork, which graphically depicts the band's mascot, Eddie, being vivisected by machine.

I have to be honest guys, at first when the guy started singing real low, I wasn't digging the vocals I guess, because Bruce Dickinson's voice is so phenomenal. But after that little part and then you started singing and getting into the song, when the song really started, he sounded just like him and I'm telling you, you guys, your cover's phenomenal! @@oronaldojunior okay, that makes sense. My next guest would have been brazil. But for some reason I don't know why I was thinking, I thought you guys were from Portugal. I guess what threw me off was I saw a bunch of replies in Portuguese because if I'm not mistaken you guys speak Portuguese over there and not Spanish. My mistake there's a few other metal bands I've listened to that were from portugal. Anyway you did a really great job on that song.
@@PrincessZeeBee we do not speak Spanish whatsoever. English is much more spoken among Brazilians than Spanish. Yet, Raphal Mendes, the singer, is really very talented as well as all musicians. They rock!

@@PrincessZeeBee, actually, I think you misunderstood him. Sometimes Brazilians tend to take it almost as an offense when someone assumes we speak Spanish and that, I must say, seems to be just because. I guess some of us are just tired of hearing this statement over and over from people out of Brazil as if everyone else should know what languages we speak. Anyways, I believe he is just trying to say that it's easier to find Brazilians that can speak English than those that speak Spanish, but that's just because most of us consider being able to speak English more important. It doesn't mean it's becoming a common language among us. Maybe among wealthier people as part of their personal and professional goals, yeah, but not among the vast majority of our population.

Great vochals, better then the orginal studio, but doesn't beat rock in rio 2001 one because Bruce Is just great. But I really enjoy your vochals, much more then Bayley's.

so far sadly i have onky seen 2 maiden civer bands 1 wss like 15 trs ago and im nit sure possibly live after death .they were really good. ladt week i found and saw eyes of the nile and they were brilliant.played& opened wih somewhere in time and proceeded 2 play the full album in order. it was insane good.blew me away.nit sure how it coulda been better really !

Fenomenal cover! Todos los instrumentos suenan genial y la mezcla es perfecta, pero el vocalista sobre todo me ha puesto la piel de gallina, tiene un timbre muy parecido a Bruce Dickinson (aunque la original la cantara Blaze, la versión de Bruce es muy buena también).
