I'm not sure how you can tell, considering the camera for that replay was directly behind Mahomes. Wherever he was looking, the defense didn't cover Kelce well on that one.

Mattison has been making a lot of bonehead mistake smdh. Might have to ride with cam Akers and see if it can bring something different for the Vikings
It was a big screw up but I'm gonna cut Mattison some slack, he did have 1 TD catch in that game and is a very powerful runner. He gains a lot of yards after initial contact on many plays. He's not even a receiver or tight end and they sometimes drop easy ones too.

Cousins, Jefferson and Addison are doing just fine. It’s the O-line that’s not even giving them a chance to work their magic. Such a shame that we may never see that trio work at full power
Cousins is part of the problem. They will never win a Super Bowl as long as he’s the quarterback. He continues to be so inconsistent. One day he’ll look like an all-pro and the next, he has an absolute meltdown.

The Vikings’ offensive line is giving Kirk Cousins headaches all season. He’s been pressured, he’s under duress, he’s got no ground attack. A lot of this falls on the head coach, Kevin O’Conner in terms of making the proper adjustments and players can’t blame anyone but themselves for the way they played
He’s got the 3rd longest average pocket time. He shouldn’t need 5 seconds per play
Kirk takes forever to throw a pass and watching him try to scramble away is laughable.

That means the offensive line is doing it's job and the vikings aren't generating enough pressure up front. They really need to solidify their o line and defensive front and sign some solid corners and or through the draft if they don't want to completely rebuild. Otherwise scrap everything. Rebuild. Including Jefferson. Timelines won't add up and you would get tremendous value.

Tranquil is good but Nick Bolton is great and a beast, we need him back asap, teams are not supposed to be hanging around or in there against us! Bolton makes us a top 5 defense and maybe even top 3🤔 yeah i said it! Amenahu coming back from 6 game suspension in 2 weeks will make our D Line look frightening with Karloftis on his other side getting better in his softmore season! Completely agree, I'm glad we have Tranquil because he's basically a much better Ben Nieman but Bolton is Fred Warner level good.
Chiefs have to start giving those snaps MVS and Moore get to Watson and Rice. With half the playing time they're 1 and 2 in receiving yards. MVS and Moore are nothing more than role players. Chiefs should try and trade MVS and CEH asap. See if we can bring back Juju or Hardman. Poor Hardman hasn't seen any playing time with the Jets. Idk what he did this week but coming into it I know he only had 1 catch for 6 yards. Chiefs could easily get him for a 7th round pick.

The Chiefs committed 4 penalty’s on that play and the only one that was called was reverse. The play did in fact, influence the game.

@@rainfire9258 yeah for sure, field position of 15 yards pushing the chiefs back against the goal-line doesn't matter at all. especially when it could lead to a turnover, or the vikings scoring more easily for more time on the clock when they get the ball back. not to mention it should have been called defensive holding anyways, so the chiefs shouldn't have gotten the ball back. the ball was uncatchable so it wasn't DPI, but he had his hands on the receiver the entire way, yet they called the 4th down play on the vikings as DPI that lead to 7 pts when it would have been a turnover on downs at midfield. lol i give up. the chiefs should have 0 super bowls without ref help. most fraudulent franchise in recent history, just pushed by the media with mahomes.

This is the first game that I felt like commenting on because I felt like Minnesota is a pretty strong Contender for a possible Super Bowl run I don't know I really don't but they showed a lot of strengths to one of the toughest teams to date the Vikings looked very good for the most part
The game was tied at halftime. Both teams played well enough to win. They give us some exciting moments in our lives.
KC is starting to fine tune their D now too. The O-line is doing great with protecting Mahomes too. They’re settling into the season now aka they’re bout to be DANGEROUS.

The Chiefs’ Defense played very well getting after the quarterback. The offense struggled early, but they got going in the 2nd half. Travis Kelce’s ankle hopefully doesn’t become an issue moving forward, but the other receivers have to make the catch when the ball is thrown their way

Chiefs fan here, and even I was flummoxed about the PI penalty being removed. It was pass interference. Vikings deserved to get the 1st and goal with a chance to tie the game.

Take out the mercy rule kneel downs and they've scored 34ppg. Not sputtering compared to other teams. A little bit for us, but this happens every season when we have new guys.

@@beenheem7590The amount of penalties called doesn't matter, it's WHEN they're called that makes the difference. When you tell a player to put their helmet on (Penalty) and don't call it, plus miss multiple other penalties on that same crucial play, it does affect the outcome of the game.
