This is something that isn’t talked about enough. Lots of single people want to buy a house alone but all information seems to be aimed at couples
A lot of great information! I am currently looking to purchase a house soon as a single woman. Most videos only show couples, but to find a video that shows someone doing it on their own is encouraging. I would’ve loved to hear even more advice.
Omg, I love this! Thank you so much, I am single and it feels so weird looking at houses alone- like it’s something you only see couples doing 😂 - I’ll also be really young and don’t want to be taken advantage of because of that or for people to think they can. Lucky for me, I have a great support system to look to for pointers ❤️💯
Gurl be proud, i bought my house at 29 and nothing made me happier than looking at houses and proudly saying I was buying by myself. Bragging rights to exploit...
This amazing woman get smart , i learned at 30 i wanted children i had been single since 28 and prior i was in relationships and i never had baby due to secyrity never feeling safe , just because we have a child the men will not provide if they cant or want too, dont wait 4 a man a marriage buy a house so your safe ur kids r safe,
Why do people not like to use the word woman?
Hi..what has been the biggest headache if being a homeowner? As a single female still renting, I always think about pipes bursting and flooding the home specially in the winter (TX), roof leaks, clogged toilet, leaking faucet ....things that can cost about $20 to a couple of hundred dollars to fix depending on what it is just by going to a home depot and buying the part, but I would have to pay a company to come out and fix it and because I don't know any better, they will charge me 3 or 4 times what it actually is and I would just pay it....thigs like that is what keep me from purchasing a home. 😕 Any advise? Thank you in advance 🙏🏽

Maybe there is more search volume for single female home buying. But really not sure in todays world 800 different genders this is not universal?
