Infiltration probably belonged to the top 3 at that time.
The fact that Aiai puts Nemo, who is one of the best players, to the edge is unimaginable coming from someone who was almost a nobody at the time.
Infiltration may be the best Juri in SFV but he never will be the best Juri in SFIV.
Aiai needs to go participate in a big tournament such as this one for him to grow stronger or befriend some other pros more.

Can someone explain how he does the instant ultra 2? For Decapre, the input is charge down back, then tap up forward, then down back to half circle forward. How does he not jump without pressing some sort of button to block the jump?

The input ends on up forward, it's not in the middle of the move.

Lucas Simões r/Kappa kind of sending players to tournment on a one time thing, not in a contract form.

Nah, it's just the players are not on the same level. Just before this match, Ai Ai was playing against decapre and was so dominating that the opponent needs to switch character. Infiltration taught him a good lesson using the same character. Hello from six years later btw.
