1:11-1:22, I like what that guy did. Not just because he came to full attention and gave a very proper salute, but also because he followed something not many people know about. In the military, when you salute someone of higher rank, you are supposed to wait to lower your salute until they lower theirs. I love that the soldier was treating the kid as if the kid was his commanding officer, waiting until the kid lowered his hand before lowering his own.
China is a country where the people are more than good and their children are educated so well by the Chinese government that I am a bit more of a fan of the Chinese.

What makes you think they are good at Propaganda? Everyone knows that they control the media outlets. Everyone knows they control what is broadcast. For propaganda to be most effective you want people to think that the news they listen to is independent from the government. You know, convince the people that there is a free press, that they have free access to information. That would make people much more willing to accept what they hear. There is a country that is much much better at propaganda. It is so good at it that its citizens have no idea how manipulated they are and run around proudly stating that they have a free press.
