Arrhenius theory
Acid:- an acid is a substance that hydrogen and give H+ ion in aqueous solution.
Base :- a base is substance that contains Hydroxyl group and produces OH- ions in aqueous solution.
2)Bronsted
Acid:- acid is substance that donates a proton (H+)to another substance.
Base :- A base is substance that accept a proton(H+) to another substance .
3) Lewis acid:-
Acid:- any species that accepts a share in an electron pair is called Lewis acid.
Base:- any species that donates a share in an electron pair is called Lewis base
