Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Buffet at Hilton Cancun, an All Inclusive Resort in Cancun, Mexico. The main buffet is open for all three meals and has indoor and outdoor seating with views of the resort. The majority of the staff were generally professional and polite, and they did a fine job of serving individuals who came in. The cuisine was tasty and of great quality, however the selection was minimal and restricted to a few options. We'd add a few additional dishes and increase the buffet food area slightly. Overall, this is a good choice if you are unable to book an A La Carte Restaurant.
