@@Chakas7 @Chakas I think I hear formants which people use to make a pitched vocal more natural and the ornaments on the vocal melody sound like they are AG's, around :45 I feel like it really sounds like his intonation and pronunciation
I also think that Caro's voice in the other tracks is much clearer and from the diaphragm even when she is signing quietly, in general AG's vocals are very soft in timbre (the quality of the voice in the first track) and more nasal (I really like AG's voice and I hope that doesn't sound insulting)
That being said caro could just be closely following a guide vocal like you can hear this in the time where morris day's voice in many songs follows really closely a prince guide vocal

He could have made the whole track with guide vocals and they ran out of time to get Caro's vocals
