Great guy! He shares his knowledge. I bought some nucs from him about 12 years or so ago. Life changes, I got out of bees for a while, but now getting ready get some more! Going to try trapping them - something I’ve never done! Happy beekeeping everyone!
Gods plan is divine his time line is some times not what you expect .
This was a very good video. Thanks for sharing. I'm a beekeeper from NC.

I am retired an back in the 60’s I ran around 130 colonies I had to get out of bees in the late 70’s I just started back up 2021 I have 3 colonies now an I think I will stop at around 10 because money is harder to come by at this day an time . Keep your video’s coming when possible. Thanks

I’m just a small time beekeeper . I had fifteen hives and lost 9 last year to European foulbrood and sac brood . I agree and accept the fact we can lose half our colonies even when we try to do things right . I plan on splitting each hive I have this spring only one time so as not to weaken the three year old colonies too much before the honey flow . I have one parent hive that has great genetics and produced 12 gallons of honey last spring . I plan on pulling at least two frames of open brood and eggs to place into two separate nucs to allow them to raise their own queens from that stock . The first year I tried splitting I was real successful and that of the five splits I made I had a 100% mated queens with great laying patterns . I’m slowly building up a large stock of equipment now so when I decide to retire from my main job I will have things set and ready for a busy life . At age 59 I am ready for it .
Hi Kent Williams. I recently bought some molasses and wanted to know if it's black strap? or stroghumes? The lasses is called Roscoes table lasses said it was packed by Kent Williams farm
Thanks for the note, however, this is not Kent Williams' account and I don't believe he checks here for messages. You should contact him directly.
Hope you all stayed safe from those storms.
He went in another direction and he is a millionaire now. What are we doing!?!?
Kent Williams is one of a kind. I am very proud to call him a friend and appreciate all that he has done to help me in the bee world. God speed.
