Learning how not to project negative energy was the best way Ive been able to overcome those fears. It is a daily human experience/exorcise, but it has done wonders for my own sense of safety within myself & ability to talk to anyone these days.
If you can talk/handle yourself in front of the mirror, you can feel the kind of energy you’re projecting to others. Being kind to myself first is how I’ve come up out of those fears, after seeing how much I was projecting negativity to avoid my own pain I’d inflicted upon myself & others, & vice versa.
You’ve got this. No matter how you choose to rise within your own journey. We’ve all got this.
@@5pastseven Your own individual journey is valid & respected. Forgiveness & keeping people in our lives are not mutually exclusive within my own journey. Just because I move past issues, doesn’t mean I forget what happened. It means I care without carrying pain that I have the choice to keep carrying around or not. Once I realized I didn’t have to carry that pain, & that the pain comes with healing & closing out cycles, I chose to keep pushing forward. Thankful we all get to choose what is healing, growth & strength within our own journeys. The best part is? Who we choose keep in our lives is no one else’s business. No matter what they think/do/say. It’s a beautiful thing. Good luck to you on yours.

Today the abusive karmic gave birth to their 4th daughter. Its very hard but im trying to show him unconditional love. I had a dream that he handed me a baby in panic month ago. This is after she became threatening hin aftwe he was going to leave and we had planned marriage and a family of our own. Its so hard. Please pray i can trust God and not run away from him and quit.
