Instead of testing every one else they should just give the daughter the lie detector test to save them the trouble of searching. For all we know the daughter could of never got touched and could be lying to get attention. She probably being neglected. You never know with these stories

@Latrease Leah I can’t remember everything about this story and don’t feel like rewatching, but my comment was specifically about the mom expecting him to call the child in the midst of these accusations, not about anything before the alleged abuse. Abusers should not be in contact with their victims, so the mom complaining that he didn’t try to call the child/victim was a bit insane to me. But I agree. Before the accusations, he had no reason to not be a father. After the accusations, taking a step back until it’s handled is understandable and expected.

What is he supposed to do when he knows he is innocent of the worst crime you can commit as a dad ? He was right to stay away. And why be would he be looking for the molester when she said it was HIM.

I wish some people would stop trying to make children claims dubious, I have a three year old daughter that verbalize something from start to finish and from the age of 2 she was able to do this. Sit down watch and listen to your children you’ll be amazed at the things they can do, say and learn at a very early age.

I don’t think you realize anything about accusations. Yes, you’re right the father had no excuse to make to see his child and be there. BUT the mom made accusations out of envy. She’s hurt I get it, but what she did was awful. Instead of accusing, go RIGHT to this show before you go around saying anything. Innocent people get jail time and that’s not right at all!

Wonderful question. Answer varies depending upon circumstance. I like to lean on the side of caution. Safety first when it comes to children.
@@ahumanlewis4793 safety first doesn't necessarily mean punishment for the accused. I absolutely would take any allegations from a child as gospel and do anything and everything to keep them safe... But if there's no evidence and a conviction could be made based on a "maybe", then that's wrong.

So the feeling I'm getting from this since they both passed the lie detector test is bad either someone in the father's home that came to visit touched their daughter or the other possibility is the mother's ex-husband.
The mother said she was married and you can clearly see on both hands that she doesn't have a wedding ring so either she's divorced or separated. Honestly the ex-husband could be a possibility depending on how long ago they ended and how long ago she was sexually assaulted.
All of this is in my own opinion.
You know a lot of women don't wear wedding band... But that's beside the point. The stepfather wasn't even in the picture when this happened.

It happened at the father's house that's why she thought it was him like she said if it wasn't him it was someone at the house she didn't have a partner at the time the actual event happened and was reported by the child so something tells me you need to watch this again and maybe listen to what's being said by both parties he admits he didn't believe it because he knew it wasn't him that doesn't mean it wasn't someone else at the house, he had a partner at the time it could been the step mother or her friends is more like it! not the new step dad who wasn't on the scene when it happened lol !

I did see a specialist he touched my injury at the hospital while I was homeless trafficked as soon as I left the hospital I had partial paralysis and my feet crossed I was made to walk the streets that way till they healed
Just wondering, if he's not willing to cooperate with police and talk then can't they keep him until they get answers? Especially if hes the prime suspect?
If he knows something or has done something and he is the prime suspect but is evading the cops then he can be charged with obstruction of justice but im not 100% sure. But if hes ducking the cops thats hella sus and the cops would be scavenging to find him and get his side. It would make him extremly guilty looking and would be worrisome to the cops because there would be the possibility that hes doing this to other kids
