I love the Japanese names! As for the lyrics, write romaji lyrics and official Japanese spellings next to the names. Would be much better that way.

No, you write (kanji/spelling/English name), you should write (kanji/spelling/Japanese name). And the lyrics not in kanji/English, but also in Japanese romaji, to make it easier to sing along.
Oh the captions only have the pokemon names in Romaji. I bet you can find the Romaji for the singing part elsewhere online.
