I hope you guys enjoy this episode of Simple Planes! What should we do next? Did you catch yesterday's Brick Rigs episode? ua-cam.com/video/4o9bGvT-ntw/v-deo.html&t=
Aragorn Jocson what u said is true theres a video about it i think its called "we had air transports but what happened to it?" I think thats what its called
There was a planes by the soviets called TB-3 and it could carry up to 5 fighters and the planes can reattach when they are running out of fuel. And this plane was designed before the second world war.
The USS Akron and Macon worked as carriers, they just didn’t work in storms over the ocean. And the only German zeppelins that I know of that could launch aircraft was the Hindenburg and maybe Graf Zeppelin. WWI airships couldn’t
Battlefield 1 announcer: "an enemy zeppelin has arrived at your location" Me: "a crap call the the planes and get people on the aa guns" Teammate:" uh their are no planes and the enemy destroyed all the available aa guns" Me:" WERE ALL GOING DIE" I have to do because I love battlefield 1 and its Zeppelin
Yes they actually did just drop the planes from the airship. They also had some really hard to explain method of landing the planes back on the airship.
The use of fighters being carried by a airship was a real concept called a parasite design iirc, and was used mostly by the US Navy during the 20s and 30s. The British and German experimented with it during WW1 to no real success, but the US Navy wanted to try it out themselves. They built 2 successful airships in the late 20s, the USS Akron (ZRS-4) and USS Macon (ZRS-5), both the only purpose built aircraft carrying airships. The were both lost in the 30s due to airships being susceptible to bad weather.
@@NicolasSparks8371 yes but it works almost the same. On the battleship the plane would need to pitch down on takeoff to gain speed. With the blimp its the same thing because as far as i know they didnt use catapults (Im not talking about the battleships with floatplanes on catapults but an earlier way to use planes on battleships)
You don't need to do any manoeuvre or ultraspeed to out run the destroyer's missiles, you just have to go fast enough like over 850 mph and it won't catch you Also kamikaze works well if you have missiles or bombs because if you hit hard enough it will explode

www.simpleplanes.com/Forums/View/772999/Tips-and-tricks-for-begginers
You didn't use the hyperdrive propelly
BTW its not a WWI Attack blimp, its a zeppelin, blimps were not invented until much later
Camodo Gaming you should call your pilot bomb-bob ;)
3:28 stuff like that actually happened during ww1
Aragorn Jocson yup that zeppelin is like a flying aircraft carrier
Aragorn Jocson what u said is true theres a video about it i think its called "we had air transports but what happened to it?" I think thats what its called
DANG! That's awesome
I've actually seen the vid by vox about this
There was a planes by the soviets called TB-3 and it could carry up to 5 fighters and the planes can reattach when they are running out of fuel.
And this plane was designed before the second world war.
3:33 that is actually tried by the US navy (it failed miserably)
sketan :/ it work for a bit
Da Maan the germans did not have that, just the US
TacoTerry 920
The Germans had them and deployed them against Britain and France the American one failed
The USS Akron and Macon worked as carriers, they just didn’t work in storms over the ocean. And the only German zeppelins that I know of that could launch aircraft was the Hindenburg and maybe Graf Zeppelin. WWI airships couldn’t
Just bought this for my phone . Awesome gameplay so far
3:20 Actually for a short period in WWl and WWll there were a few testing blimps that planes were deployed just like this!
This was an actual way they deployed fighters
Correct they name of the micro planes are called parasite fighters
Although they were stored inside the blimp
Battlefield 1 announcer: "an enemy zeppelin has arrived at your location"
Me: "a crap call the the planes and get people on the aa guns"
Teammate:" uh their are no planes and the enemy destroyed all the available aa guns"
Me:" WERE ALL GOING DIE"
I have to do because I love battlefield 1 and its Zeppelin
I love the game to and the airship
3:23 yes,it was in testing in ww1 they tried to amke a flying airport
Hello nice video like always 😁
It was a real deployment method
Hi
The Germans actualy dropped fiters strait off the bottom of their blimps in WWI, and WWII😊
No, only WWI.
Yeah its inly ww1 Because no battles in Ww2 mentioned anything about the blimp carrier
Fighters*
You should do an episode tributed to the WW1 Attack blimp and find some creations and put them against the blimp

👍🏻🛫🛬🎮🎧🎮🎧Thanks for doing simple plans
I love ww1 planes
🛩👍😊
There was actually a real Blimp aircraft carrier in around ww1
In ww1, they did often use blimps to release fighters. They called the airborne aircraft carriers.
The u.s army at the end of ww 1 tried to build zepprlin air craft carriers but the idea was scrap after several crashes and other fails
I think they drop the fighter out off the blimp
Can you please make more simple planes
Zeppelin?
Hi camodoc gameing love video
This was a real thing with the Blimp. In WW1.
Wow I'm early today pls do more simple planes
G,day camodo
3:26 it was a method of deployment back in both world wars. it was very effective for supporting the sky whales.
It actually allows you to control the USS beast I kind of figured you would probably have a lot of fun with that
Boy it was a lot of fun did watching explosions
17:56 I think it would be better if you just dropped it like the Boom 50
13:24 yep... that's an Su-27 Flanker! but only Americans call it the Flanker.... well actually it's called the NATO Flanker
That form of deployment is very real
3:13 its a real prototype in WW1
The blimp plane deployments was real
3:28 yes it was
The allied and axis dropped planes from blimbs for fast deployment
If Comondo gaming play simple planes again il help him build a Bomber
They actually did that 😂. They also mounted a tower with a rail on battleships to start planes
Its a blimp not a battleship
@@NicolasSparks8371 yes but it works almost the same. On the battleship the plane would need to pitch down on takeoff to gain speed. With the blimp its the same thing because as far as i know they didnt use catapults

Acually fighters were dropped from blimps like that in experimental flights. They worked pretty well.
It was a concept. Look up "Why we don't have flying aircraft carriers"
Its a fucking zeppelin dumbass
Its a zeppelin and its a real thing
!

I love your video Comodo gaming
Its called a Zeppelin!

Do more simpleplanes please!
I’m on iPad and I got a really fast and agile plane in SimplePlanes
I ❤️ SimplePlanes
It was a natural method but they had trains to lower the planes in and out of the blimp
It was and they would have to hook back on after and the airship would pull em back up
I always wanted this game on my phone but I don't have the money to buy it😔😔
gamodo gaming plzz play roblox
and i love your vid
Dear comodo,Your videos keep me happy no matter how sad I am. I just wanted to tell you because it's the bones truth.P.S. Keep up the good work.
same to
It's fun to play with made palns
Speaking of blowing up that blimp I did just that
On the blimp it is a method of deployment
Yep. Blimps did carry planes that could be dropped. They never did figure getting the plane back...
Ranosian It did and with the USS Arizona which is a zeppelin from 1920s and it fitted with a hook-like for retrieval of aircraft and for deployement.
Flying a glider RIL is the best
Camodo ur da best
Oh trust me, the British dropped planes from blimps a while back, as in, before WW2. So yeah...
To fly a glider, you go up and down, up and down, up and down etc.
I love that wwi blimp. It’s my target balloon
i hope you have a really really really have a lucky day
You almost really created the Hindenburg incident but theres alot of difference
Hi
Comodo gaming you're the best youtuber ever seen my life

The rifter looks like something out of bat man lol
Me in BF1 4:23
Yes I'm quite sure that thats how they deployed aircraft in WW1 from blimps
This actually was thought of a few times but the zepplins didn't stop going boom. they used too much hydrogen
actually blimps can carry planes nice vid!
Nice vid camodo 😎 this is gaebriel
nice vid, I just watch them but dont download them, I subbed
I actually downloaded the ww1 attack blimp
Yes nukes
It's the Hinton brg
This was a method to deploy bi-planes
I'm the original creator of the biplane, the blimp autor ask me the permission to use it in his assembly, and I agreed. :)
The blip is called a zepline but who ever made this needs to study history take a look at Battlefield 1
i love your vid do more like this
