I think you have to tighten the bolts of the bench for your safty.

Hey bro, quick tip is to try to dig your lats into the bench and keep your shoulders pinned back and tight the whole way through so you’re more stable. Good luck getting your 120kg 🙌

Yeah mate I hopped on a power lifting program and reached my goal. Managed to push 130kg.
