- When Peter Learn tried to use GhostBed’s 'hassle-free' return policy, he discovered there was no promised pickup crew. Instead, he had to find a charity that would accept the mattress, get it there himself and obtain a donation receipt.

Ive had my basic ghost bed type for about 4 years and now the center of the mattress is sinking in the middle and those familiar back pain coming back. Im only 188lbs so my weight not an issue. Next purchase will be hybrid coils so long lasting!

Can't cancel a Sunday online purchase after calling at 5am Monday. I don't want the bases after all. Cited policy. Refused all but to say to reject is at the door deliver w/ a 15% fee plus ("free") shipping. All told $500 profit to them for arrogance and greed over a 6 hour old purchase.
A lot of these mattress company popping up around the world, selling mattress in a box. I wonder why it's so widespread all of a sudden.
Hope he doesnt get sued. Seems many companies do that now for telling the truth and call it defamation
I understand buying mattress online if it’s a lot cheaper. But this was over 1300$ 🙄 if it’s not cheaper, why not just go to a store to try it out
Don't buy used mattress. Bed bugs you know.
I wonder if CBC goes after their sponsors
Avoid those roll up mattresses.

I actually had bought a ghost bed 3D Matrix bed, and I didn't have any issues with my refund. They sent a contractor over to pick it up, he texted me the pick-up receipt, and I got my refund once I e-mailed proof of that back to them. Though I did have to ship back the free pillows that cost me around $50 in shipping, which was an extra pain. Now I'm trying out a Nectar all foam mattress.
