What I don’t understand is if joe stole the jewelry, why would he bring it back to the shop in his pockets . This video clearly says there waiting for Joe to come in , I mean wouldn’t it be the common sense to stash the evidence elsewhere. but yeah he got busted on video but it just makes sense to not carry evidence around in your pockets of all places especially if you stole from there.

@@JaviusSama that 100% was real theft but the quote-unquote sting aspect of it was not something that was done overnight it was filmed in a roughly two-hour period as part of an agreement between Les, the prosecutor's office, and Joe. By the time you see the clip of what was supposed to be closing time with Joe in the pink shirt he had already been caught, accepted a lesser charge plea deal through the prosecutor's office, and agreed to film the store catching him on this show was staged and I was there for all of it as an employee of RDF USA which in the final season became Zodiak media.

He had been caught stealing long before that staged spot was filmed. By the time that was filmed he had already been caught, accepted a lesser charge plea deal and worked it out with the prosecutor's office and les to come back and film himself being "caught" for the show. List actually went to bat for him with the prosecutor's office and in court but he had to agree to filming himself in that staged sting operation. When you see Joe in that pink shirt it was edited to make it seem like it had taken place overnight but it was really filmed in about 2 hours the individuals who put him in handcuffs were investigators from the prosecutor's office and when he went out the front door out of camera range he was unhooked and allowed to leave because he had accepted a plea deal. I was there for the filming of All Seasons with RDF USA which in the final season became Zodiak media.

The other night i was driving thru my neighborhood and it was really dark and all of the sudden i came up on 2 kids walking down the street (they dont use sidewalks, they love being in the middle of the street) and they never flinched as my car was approaching, looked like they were maybe 14,if it had been me and i saw those lights 100 feet away i would have jumped to the sidewalk but not them, as i drove around so i wouldn't hit them they were screaming something, just bad all around.

The lady manager needs some anger management/communication skills. She could explain to the lady customer about the purse in display. If the store refuses to let the customers their items back and there are similar items on display, the customer have good reason to suspect the store is selling their thing...
