It's obviously some kind of university burlesque or student ensemble performance. Since they're engineers (said in the lyrics) they're probably contesting the stereotype that mathematicians and physicists are boring nerds. It's supposed to be a little vulgar and uncensored, university students do similar plays all the time, cmon guys...

The whole show is presenting the life at university and a comical and satirical way, while this specific song is about a tradition for some students :)
