Thanks Mam for such an amazing content, I'm a young Dr as well as a cosmetic formulator, and here are some of my suggestions..
1. Keep your AM routine as simple as possible, go for a gentle cleanser and a hydrating sunscreen if you've oily skin, dry skin folks can skip cleanser..
2. As for as actives are concerned, incorporate them in your PM routine,
3. If you're suffering from Comedonal acne, opt for a salicylic acid cleanser, a niacinamide serum and a Non-Comedogenic moisturizer, you may use adapalene on alternate days.
4. If you're suffering from inflammatory acne i.e nodules, pustules or cysts, opt for a benzoyl peroxide wash, niacinamide and azelaic acid/Adapalene.
5. You may use azelaic acid on the first day and adapalene on the 2nd day if you're suffering from moderate to severe inflammatory acne, however only one of these two is more than enough for mild inflammatory acne.
6. If you've an urge to use Benzoyl Peroxide as a leave on product, only use on pimples.
7. Unpopular opinion, glycerin and panthenol are way better than hyaluronic acid.
8. Unpopular opinion, vitamin C doesn't suit Acne-prone skin usually.
9. For post acne dark marks, opt for a salicylic acid cleanser, a niacinamide serum, and an alpha arbutin serum.
10. For post acne redness, replace alpha arbutin with azelaic acid.
11. 20 percentage of azelaic acid is too potent, try to dilute it in equal amounts of your moisturizer before applying on your face.

I'm using this routine, in morning clariderm cleanser, mk cosmetic niacinamide, neutrogena hydroboost gel, sunscreen. Night, clariderm, niacinamide serum,adaplene 0.3%, same moisturizer.. still i get breakouts, i have been using adaplene 0.1% recently i started 0.3%.

Derma vi oil free moisturiser has a lot of fragrance, and it will irritate your skin while you are on your treatment.

@@fiaseikh9743 depends on the kind of acne. Maybe something stronger like benzoyl peroxide is needed but best to get it checked from a dermatologist to know exactly what’s wrong

Benzoyl peroxide gel can actually bleach your towels or clothes, if you're using a benzoyl peroxide cleanser then you don't really need the gel.

Dear it’s not about the product, it’s about gud or bad ingredients… she is trying to educate u about ingredients… u have to understand what ur skin prefers.. evry skin is different.. if something suits u it’s not necessary that it would go with every skin
How to use clear cream?
Apply it to your whole face after applying moisturizer, apply a thick layer of vaseline on your eyelids and undereyes and lips before applying the gel.
