    The federal Govt should look at the agency responsible for raw materials research and development. The agency (rmrdc ) should be well funded. The staffs should be highly motivated to perform optimally. RMRDC and Min of solid minerals should be meeting every month to cross fertilize ideas for sustainable raw materials production
