Hi from Beverly,MA! Come visit the North Shore and Cape Ann area. Essex has lots of antique stores. Gloucester and Rockport great art galleries and all have great seafood. Can't beat New England seafood. Lol!

I'm originally from MA, and very familiar with the Cape! Capabilities is a wonderful organization that works with developmentally disabled adults...they have a group farm, and several group residences.

I was on the Cape for Thanksgiving. I live in western MA. I bought an owl print on your eBay site and you mailed it off to my daughter in Austin. She leaves Sunday for a month in Australia!!

The Chinese emperor & empress are amazing! Those beautiful gold bamboo frames alone are worth $250/pair.
When you're in that area in the future, keep your eyes out for original paintings by Helen Van Wyk. Wonderful artist, and used to have her own show on WGBH for PBS called "Welcome To My Studio". in the 90's.

Glad you enjoyed your trip to the Cape. Hope the next time you come you come up to Boston. We do have some thrifting spots but we also have great food and wonderful sights. If you come in the spring or summer, you can take a Swan Boat ride or take a Duck Tour of the city that takes you INTO the Charles River! We also have some nice campgrounds.
Always love your road trips! Jenny is as pretty as she is sweet. But I thought it was kind of cool when we didn’t see her face like a mysterious character that you get to know just from her speaking. Either way, you, Jenny and Jimmy are such fun, authentic people. Love your channel!

Went do they put at least 2 stickers on everything? I'm just curious, I haven't seen that before.
I was wondering the same thing! Some items had 4-5 stickers on them. I wonder if it’s because price stickers fall off sometimes & since they weren’t writing the price with permanent marker on the bottom (thank you!), they just used extra stickers

I'm a Mass native and love watching you and Jocelyn. I'm curious how you ended up on the Cape on your way to New Hampshire the Cape is great but can have tourist prices best of luck on your New England journey
Next time go to the Sandwich Glass Museum in Sandwich. You can watch a glass blowing demonstration and see the wonderful pieces of glass from the beginning of the company.
Also Sandwich and Falmouth have some great thrift stores and bakeries!

You always find the yummy spots. Most people head straight to crab cakes lobster anything. I am not one of those people. I would have been happy with a whoopee pie. Somewhere I have an old recipe for Whoopie.pies. it is from the 1950s. It was given to us from our neighbors. It was an old family recipe. Funny how my mom and I had never heard of Whoopie Pies. And, until recently, they were still unheard of. Or, maybe, it was a local treat.
There were notorious female pirates too!! Arg. Have a great time.
We went to a reinactment of a pirate trial from the 1740s while we were in colonial Williamsburg last week.
