I fainted in my school bus because of exam stress during my pre board exams and and when I woke up I saw my self lying on bed of a hospital from past 1 day but after watching his exam stress video, now I don't get stress of my exams at all😮 and I suddenly started performing very good in exams like my grades boosted from B2 to A1. Really a MIRACLE!!!!🎉
Soo here I'm sharing my story.
2023 has been a year full of tragic for me. So I was in 12th standard and also a jee aspirant unfortunately Jan Attempt didn't went well jiski wajah se I developed fear of failing caz this was the very first time I failed in something wo hmesha se acha krne ki wjh se ye haar mujhse bilkul bhi bardasht nhi hui and Feb start se meri health detoriate hone lagi. I was diagnosed with anxiety and mild depression uss time mujhe kuch smjh nhi aata tha I really couldn't understand anything 3 of my boards exams I gave going from hospital to the exam centre and 4th day school mein hi mujhe anxiety ki wajh se severe stomach ache suru hua and I went toh BHU,then and there.. 2 exam mai nhi de paii jisme the 4th day exam I wrote something toh (I barely remember pta nhi kyaa hi likha tha maine) and 5th exam mein I was absent. And then I gave compart for the left subject which got me 71% , today I'm re giving boards to get good percentage. I'm sharing this kyoki sirf faltu ka stress Leni ki wajh se I failed.. and I realised the fact ki If I would have not been so stressed bhale hi I would have not topped but I would have achieved a decent percentage.
Today when I remember this incident mujhe bhura lgta hain ki Mera ek saal waste hogaya my classmates are aage then me but I also know the fact ki meri situations bhi bhut alg thi. I just want you all to understand kii haa percentage is imp but itna bhi imp nhi ki tum apni life ko risk pe lagado. During those I couldn't eat anything my parents did everything possible and I remember us time 8 March ko Holi thii but since I was in bhu that time kuch nhii hua those days were very tough for me but unhone mujhe bhut chije sikhaii. Its rightly said ki badaam se jyada thokroo mein sikhane ki takat hoti hain.
I failed but I learned too.
Jaroori nhi h ki aap starting se rank holder rahe ho toh aaj bhi raho, kahi kahi life mein failures k hone bhi jaruri ho jata hain.
Jo bhi exam do eq chij notice krna jitna exam aap less worries ke sath dete ho utna best wo exam jaata hain.
Soo don't take that much stress ki aapki health pr effect ho.

Itna mtt socho paper lengthy tha sbka Aisa hi hua h but uski wjh se ab if you are spoiling other exam to isme tumhari glti jo jo chuka h wo abb tum thik nhi krskte but aane is in ur hand toh uspe focus kro. And yes thoda km overthink kro

And I got a very good result 96%.
But when I am in my 11th I realized that those marks doesn't really matter that much.

I really want to get notified of this 5 years after today and I'm just a 10th grader but i want to share something which i never told to anyone ....
I was a meritorious student until class 6 even 7th by 8 class i was a student not so good but just above average because lockdown was extremely depressing for me .... being an only child I never got over pampered neither that ultimate support...i always got anxiety and panic attacks in class and everywhere but no one noticed....my parents want me to cross the 96.4 % so called standard set by one of my cousin ... I lost my most loved relatives in covid only snakes are there my parents love me but idk what to say ....i was never able to cope with my attendence because i was an introvert and still i am .my school principal mentioned in the assembly that teens dont get depressed i just want to know which science proves this .....idk whatever I've said here but i feel a bit good putting my thoughts on a place where none of the people who know me will see
Just hoping for good results so my parents will be happy atleast ....
