M an optometrist by profession.
I had history of chronic vernal keratoconjunctivitis (vkc) since the age of six. Bcoz of contant rubbing of my eye (due to my eye allergy), I have dark circle.
Now I m 26. N now have become more conscious for this.
Currently since 1 month I have started eating socked
almonds rich in vit k.
N also taking coconut water. N orange juice.
N also applying cucumber n potato juice mixed with vit e capsule oil n honey twice a day
In night m applying alovera gel mixed with vit e oil.
With one month m seeing very lill difference..
Will u plz suggest me anything to add in it or edit anything.
