I wouldn't go out in any type of wilderness in the scorching heat much less on foot. Too many dangerous people in this world. Hope they find them soon 🙏
When are people going to realize that that this area isn't safe. Gabby Petitos death the same time when those two young married girls were murdered around there. Plus a lot of other unanswered questions. Evil lives there and around the area be careful of where you go and who you trust.
They are so adventurous for hiking beautiful and rugged terrain! Enjoying the natural world, and keeping fit. I like seeing folks in my age group doing hiking such as this. I do hope they are safe and sound❤
Don't they an emergency locator beacon? What about a gps in their car? Any outdoor's people with experience have an emergency locator beacon. I hope it isn't foul play
Uh oh….Five days?? I hope they were flying the area with drones, The family needs to get the military out with their FLIR cameras on low-flying helicopters over those canyons. Heat signatures will show up at night.
STAY OUT OF THE HEAT! Even seasoned/experienced hikers can suffer from the excruciating heat. Its not worth losing your life for a hike. WAIT till the heatwave cools down. I don't understand why people dont use common since.
It seems so many go missing while hiking or "trailing", isn't there some type of beacons or tracking devices people could take with them so rangers or family knows exactly where they are, and I'm not talking about just find my phone apps, but a sperate tracking device??
a simple question to ask... was their ATV upright and in working order or did they have an accident and have to walk out even if they were semi-injured? or was it parked next to a gully that was prone to flash flooding? Once you consider what did or could have happened, that would give you an idea of where to look.
This makes me so sick. Nobody can enjoy themselves out in the wilderness, on the beautiful trails around America, minding their own business. There always seems to be bad people out there just ready to prey on these types of people. The last few years has seen so many people getting taken from their families. I hope this couple is found very soon. Looks like they were very loved.
It does sound like foul play. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again with no disrespect to Americans. I would never hike in the States other than in New England. Too many transients, and weirdos on the trails that Canada, Australia, Italy, Spain and Switzerland don’t have and you don’t hear about them. Having hiked these places feeling safe I continually read about the large number of murders and disappearances of hikers on the US trails on multiple You Tube channels, crime series and the headlines in the news…It’s a big beautiful world out there why risk it and go elsewhere.
Lost in the woods? Why don't you listen to the story, I mean really listen, before commenting. They are in the desert. There were heavy storms with flash floods.
Get your drones up. They're fast over any terrain and won't damage scent trails or tracks.

Wow! Yes, of course! Thank you-great idea! peace
He's right. When my dog went missing I sent my drone out and found her. This is so tragic for them and the family 😢
WHY are people going out into this EXTREME HEAT and monumental FLOODING!?!?!
I'm hoping so much they make it home safe! Keeping them in every prayer 🙏🙏🫰
Lord, we ask for a miracle and that this couple is found safe and sound.
Hello Kim! How are you?
Amen

Amen! 🙏🙏🙏
Praying they are found!.❤
I never understand why people go out in this heat😮
Praying that they are safe and found soon.
It's extremely risky hiking in such scorching heat ..
The brain's ability to decide logically literally goes out of the window in such temperature
Fit, active but....................risky to hike in remote areas in such heat.
especially without an emergency locator beacon which costs very little
Plus the crazy floods that can suddenly sweep a person away
not hiking--the were in a side by side--cop said it got washed away
Praying for their safe return praying for strength and courage and comfort for their family
That’s so sad. I hope they find them soon. 😢
Prayers for their safe return! ♥️🙏🙏♥️
🙈🙏 it’s been so hot 🥵 here and also flash flooding sending prayers.
Seems crazy to avoid the area…ppl planning on hiking for the day could be the extra set of eyes that spots them!
There's something more to this story, don't you get it.

There’s also a missing hiker from the uk around there, same time as Gabby and the married women, to my knowledge he’s still missing .
I find it very curious that there are a lot of missing hikers in Moab
Praying they are found soon

I pray 🙏 they are found safe.
Did they carry a personal locator beacon?
🙏🙏🙏Prayers for their return.
Oh I am praying they are found. ❤❤❤❤
Prayers for their safe return. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

And who is gonna pay for that

Exactly…

They weren’t even hiking. Watch the video.
@@gregoryvierra6114 That too!
@@gregoryvierra6114 Well, let's hope they make it home.
I hiked on a popular hike there during the day. My foot slipped slightly and I almost slipped off a rock. Its not for the older or inexperienced.
Hope and prayers for their safe return. Moab seems to have some pretty creepy things happen around there. peace
Hello Kathy
It seems so many go missing while hiking or "trailing", isn't there some type of beacons or tracking devices people could take with them so rangers or family knows exactly where they are, and I'm not talking about just find my phone apps, but a sperate tracking device??
Yes, personal locator beacons. They allow you to communicate via satellite.

Somebody probably killed them and took their stuff! ALWAYS carry a weapon when you're doing hiking in areas like this!
The Storm was horrible in Moab I'm worried something happened hopefully they are found

This did not sound like foul play, nor was foul play mentioned. It sounded like weather related.
Abandoned ATV does not sound like weather related.
Moab is meaner than it used to be. I believe that in this instance there wasn’t any foul play.

NAh, those flash floods can be deadly. They didn’t say the condition of the ATV - could’ve all gotten swept away by a flash flood.
When visiting Portugal, just pray nothing goes wrong that a police investigation is needed.
Not gonna end well
This couple knew better, they should not go in areas unsafe but it was their choice. Sad people's brains don't function right.
A sad reminder we have to be willing to change our plans even if we spent a ton of money to reach a destination. I know I have.
ADVENTURE!!
Flash floods😲what were they doing there?
RIP
Why, do you know something?
@@JJacks920statistics. Statistically speaking, the odds of them coming back is not likely
They may have gotten lost in the woods. It can happen easily, even in areas ppl are familiar with.
Some ppl use compasses for such a reason.
Their was a storm Friday. We had hail up to the size of golf balls. They almost certainly died when the canyon they were hiking in had a flash flood.
Poor things
Latest news is that they may have been swept away by flood waters. Oh my! Hope not!
🙏🙏🙏🙏💔😪💔😪🙏🙏🙏🙏
Whatever happened with the lesbian couple that were murdered. I nevee heard any more
My friend Pete is a person of interest😅😅😅😅
😮😮😮
Huh?
Do they know Don Wells
