    This was one of the best Step by step I have seen for UCCX scriptwriting and debugging keep up the good work I will be watching more of your Videos. Now I don't have to open a TAC case and spend hours waiting for a callback Thanks again.

    Dear, Thanks for putting your efforts to explain the whole concept in an easy manner, I am totally new to UCCX, I got an opportunity to build a small inbound call center and really this helped me a lot to prepare the script and do the configurations as per the clients requirement, If any help needed I will update you in this, Really appreciate your training capabilities.

    Great videos! really appreciate it.
    I have a question (sorry about that): I need to create a new call flow where the customer can press #2 and then can select some options 2.1, 2.2,etc.
    How to do this?. Thxs.

    Great videos, really easy to understand and follow, really appreciate you doing these.
    If you had a Menu triggering contact which points to a .wav prompt variable, how can you quickly change that .wav file?

      Thanks Richard! You can change it by uploading it manually, or you can write a prompt manager script. I made a video about both of those options :)
