This was one of the best Step by step I have seen for UCCX scriptwriting and debugging keep up the good work I will be watching more of your Videos. Now I don't have to open a TAC case and spend hours waiting for a callback Thanks again.
Dear, Thanks for putting your efforts to explain the whole concept in an easy manner, I am totally new to UCCX, I got an opportunity to build a small inbound call center and really this helped me a lot to prepare the script and do the configurations as per the clients requirement, If any help needed I will update you in this, Really appreciate your training capabilities.
The preparation, hard work, and time you put into these videos does not go unnoticed. These videos are extremely helpful, so thank you for making them. Keep them coming!
Great videos! really appreciate it. I have a question (sorry about that): I need to create a new call flow where the customer can press #2 and then can select some options 2.1, 2.2,etc. How to do this?. Thxs.
Hi Jonathan! That sounds like you need a menu step. You can add that, click properties, and then add options within it. If you would like me to help you build the solution, let me know and I could help you at a $20/hour rate or project quote. Reach out to me at martin@martinclason.net if interested.
Great videos, really easy to understand and follow, really appreciate you doing these. If you had a Menu triggering contact which points to a .wav prompt variable, how can you quickly change that .wav file?
Great Video what are you using to design a script on the right. Is there a way to automate a design for a script? Do you have any videos on making a design?

@@simpleciscovoicetutorials79 Thanks for the list I'm new to UCCX so this is very helpful. Maybe you can cover Expressway, CUBE, endpoint devices.

Thanks Richard! You can change it by uploading it manually, or you can write a prompt manager script. I made a video about both of those options :)

Visio! I am not aware of any automation
I don't see the calendar item in the script editor
Did you have advance UCCX course ?
