- Hey, coven mates! I'm back for the first time in months with a Hocus Pocus 3 news update! This time it comes from the head witch herself: Bette Midler. It's brief, but I've got a lot to talk about. Things are looking pretty positive.

Another great video Casey! If I’m going to be honest I’m honestly scared for a third movie but I’m also looking forward to it if it gets green lit I’m hoping to see max and Alison and Dani I do feel like there pushing a third a lot because they just came out with the 2nd one last year I feel like there rushing it but I’m not going to deny I loved the 2nd movie! But I’m just hoping that they can make a plot line that makes sense for a third and fill some things that could have been filled in the last movie and to NOT Have ANY non necessary characters! Cough MIKE cough…ANYWAY!!! Keep up the good work and amazing videos Casey!
I agree with you on this it could have been so much better it was too rush and the feeling wasn’t there for me the Sanderson sisters were great the rest cast was to much the story line wasn’t there
I think it’d be cool if they combined the unofficial sequel novel into the third film. It’s present day, Max and Allison have a daughter and Dani is close with her niece. Dani even after all these years is still fascinated by the events of that fateful Halloween night and often tells stories of the witches to Max and Allison’s daughter much to their dismay. Poppy (daughter’s name) makes friends with Becca, Izzy and Cassie at school and Poppy soon discovers she’s a witch like them. Dani is excited, Max and Allison are scared. The Sanderson sisters come back via the third black flame candle, hijinks ensue. I think that’s probably the best way to bring together the first and second films and characters into a decent conclusion
Even though we still don't know if Bette, Kathy, and Sarah have said "yes" just yet about HP3, I'm glad we got a mini update. It looks like things will be moving forward and I can't wait to find out more!!! What I keep on hearing in the HP fandom so much recently is a lot of people wanting Omri, Vinessa, and Thora back as Max, Allison, and Dani and it's true because we do! Hocus Pocus CANNOT, and I repeat, CANNOT conclude without them!!! Will they team up with Becca, Izzy, Cassie, and Gilbert? Will Mother Witch be the new villain? Will the Sanderson Sisters still be evil or will they be semi-evil and be on the kids' side?
I am scared for a third one honestly. I honestly would be more happy if we got a prequel series ,we need more of the young Sandersons
Hey Casey another great video today thats great news i hope it won't be an animated i hope it will be live action and i hope we will hear more about it soon i really enjoyed hocus pocus 2 ut was great them haters should keep their opinions to themselves well dont watch it if you don't like it don't ruin it for everyone else looking forward another video next Monday ❤❤❤
I think regardless of how they proceed with the third film, it will likely be a success. I'd really like to see Hannah Wattingham get more screen time and more of a story line.

I hope the main twist of the 3rd one would be something happens to winnie and it leads her back down her old path with her and mother witch vs the new and old trio and Mary and Sarah

If there's a part 3 the protagonists need as much focus as the Sanderson sisters like in the first one. I don't blame them since a lot of people have stated that if there was ever a part 2 they wanted more scenes with the witches and they were just trying to give people what they wanted, but I personally feel it was at the film's expense.
I agree. I made that same point in a video about 1 and a half ago I think.

Also I personally think Kathy could've done a few less wheeze laughs, it was kinda reminding me of Mike Myers as the Cat in the Hat, but that's just a personal nitpick 😆

Honest I dont like animated films as much as live action so if its animated I probs wouldnt enjoy it as much 😢
I hate hate hate to even think about it, but they can’t wait years and years to actually make this movie for obvious reasons!!! There is no movie without Bette
