Vix Roberts I have ME too! I’m trying to make better choices where I’m able to though, so I’ve started doing basic exercise twice a week just for 10-15 mins and hoping to up it to 15-20 mins soon. All the best with your journey too xx
I got my padi open water license when I was thirteen and scuba diving in Thailand was the most amazing experience! I’m now 18 and I’m planning on doing my deeper diving course and I’ve also done a night dive. Emma you will LOVE IT!! Just a warning, they will not let you dive even if you’ve find the course if you can’t swim around the boat 10 times (about 200m) without stopping . And you have to be able to float on the water for 10 minutes. You should be fine! One girl in my group couldn’t do that and wasn’t allowed to dive :(

I’d be really interested for you explain what it is you started out doing, so like when you were doing 2 workouts a week what did you do, how often did you build it up etc because that’s what I’m struggling with how to start!
I'm also working out now as I realised how unfit I was, but I'm so bloody tired all the time! 😂 hopefully it'll get easier as I get fitter, I just feel sorry for my boyfriend as I'm getting really grumpy from tiredness lol. I hope Tim is faring better!
Whenever i do i smokey eye i look like ive been punched in the face! Any look you do looks absolutely killer on you Emma 😍. Also i feel like when you set a goal that isnt revolving around body weight and the scales you (i do anyway) enjoy the exercise and dont stress as much

I’m getting back into the gym recently but I really struggle with muscle soreness after strength workouts! So much so that I skip the following day. Got any tips? X
Chloe Blum it sounds like you get DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness). The best thing for it is taking a BCAA supplement in the form of a drink or tablet before, during or after your workout (women’s best do a great range of nice tasting flavours) and upping your protein intake. Also make sure you’re stretching after your strength training sessions, that’s a biggie! Hope this helps xx

There are special scales that do your fat:muscle ratio which is a good indicator of fitness
