I would definitely recommend to get this clutch no matter which print. You can use it inside your bags as a pochette, as a clutch or as a cross body purse with the longer leather strap during a shopping day or in a club
You will have enough space to carry the essentials with you and more...
In my opinion: It's a must have in a Louis Vuitton Collection!!!!

This video is what got me to buy the Eva DE. It was my first LV and I still love it!!! It holds very much more than I thought it would. Holds everything I ever need.
how's the plate at the front? does it have scratches? I am going to pick up mine next week and a bit worried abt the plate on DE :)
drama_kween It does have some scratches but I don't mind them and I don't think it detracts from the bag. The red interior and carefree coated leather strap are great. You can also tuck the chain to inside if you don't want it hitting against the plate. Detach from one side and slide it under the leather tab on the other side into the bag (there is a small hole/space under the tab where you can easily fit the chain. )
I also bought a long chain on eBay that matches the links on the Eva. Great in case you want to wear it with a long chain strap instead of leather one.
I mostly prefer de to mono in LV pieces. Having to worry about the vachetta staining would bother me more than scratches on plate. Everyone has their own thing that bugs them. Unless you know scratches would really bother you I'd say go ahead -- I love this bag!

Thank you very much for your reply. I guess if you had hard time zipping it up, it is not the best selection of pieces to put in the Eva. I guess I can keep my make-up loose in the bag and leave out the mini pochette. Thanks for your help!

Hi Nastasia, I'm considering buying an Eva clutch, but I'm not sure about the print. I love the mono, and I already have an adjustable strap that would go with it, and I really love the plate on it. Except I live in Belgium, so our weather is similar to yours, lots of rain etc... So I guess the DE would be a better choice? Although I think the plate on the DE isn't as cute as on the mono...Which of the two do you wear more often? Your advice please? :-) Thank you!!

Maybe I should get one of tnose adjustabls straps for my DE Eva, too. As you mentioned, I literally sit on it every time I'm in the car. It hangs way too low. Your modeling shots are great since we are about the same height/size! Thank you~

I really appreciate this useful review! I had been choosing between a Neverfull MM in Damier Ebene and Speedy Monogram 30 when I stumbled upon this. Now I think an Eva would be a much more useful bag, I can take it in my bigger bags during the day and not bring such a big bag during the evenings.

You could do the 6 key holder and use it as a wallet to hold cards and cash and keys. That way you can carry more touch up makeup and other essentials.

I have a zippy coin purse in black multiculour, and I plan to buy a key pouch in damier ebene. So I wonder if the zippy coin purse and the key pouch will get colour transfer each other if I put them together in my handbag. Thanks a lot : )
Z Celina Hi Celine, good question, but I really don't know. I can tell you that I never had any color transfer with my multicolore items. Maybe you could ask you SA in the store?

Hab mir vorgestern die Eva in Monogr. geholt,war ja praktisch verfallen in diese süße Tasche nachdem ich paarmal dein Video geschaut hab ;-) ach und die waren so nett dort,hatte noch andere Modelle umhängen,aber preislich hauts einen schon bissl um...und dann immer diese blöden Preiserhöhungen?! Mir (170cm) passt der Standardgurt übrigens super. LG

also ich hab diesen winter fast ausschließlich den speedy idylle getragen...der hat den tragriemen wie der speedy banduliere...und hab letztens gesehen, dass beim d-ring, wo der fest gemacht ist dort die goldene farbe abgetragen ist :(. ich möcht im sommer den speedy monogram tragen oder mir eben den speedy damier azur kaufen....hab ihn immer noch nicht grrrr...:)

You're right Nastasia as I have just rang my local LV store here in NZ and that they will shorten the strap for a price of course which is better than buying a new strap.

Have you ever considered using the monogram strap with the monogram eva clutch? If so, what are your thoughts as oppose to the strap that's included with the clutch. Please respond.

I recently purchased an Eva clutch on ebay. I have doubts on its authenticity. The zipper pull is shiny. On my pochette, my zipper pull is a bit dull. Would you mind taking a picture your pochette And your Eva's zipper pull to compare?
I just purchased the eva today and the zipper pull is very shiny compared to my pochette. I've noticed that the more expensive lv items have more shiny zipper pulls.
