Glad you posted this up. Really sad but I guess we have to face it one day. Pleased it was done with great care and respect.
Thank you for doing a great job looking after people's relatives remains. ❤️
Who an earth burns the flowers on the coffin. This should be removed and presented to the family...and not burnt.
I remember attending the service to my late aunt in London. ❤Thank You. Jeff (🇦🇺Australia).
The fact a warning at the beginning is needed is mind blowing, when nothing remotely bad was shown, people in 2025 really cant handle real life anymore
@williamc4309 - It is not graphic but I see nothing wrong with showing a little sensitivity, given the subject matter. Unless of course you are a cold b*****d lacking empathy. Being a part of life doesn't mean sensitivity is misplaced.
What can you say UA-cam rules are a pain.
Yeah... I mean look how offended you are at the very prospect of people having different experiences in life.
When my partner passed way earlier on this year, they let me go down and watch his coffin go into the actual furnace. Where we stood, you could feel the heat coming out and the heat was so intense it felt like being in a hot 🔥 oven.
My condolences for your loss. I don't think many people are aware that you can witness the committal of the coffin to the cremator.
@@marcse7endo you have to buy a fancy casket to cremate a body? 0:08
Iv never seen or heard of the flowers staying on !
Yes the family can ask for the flowers to be cremated with the coffin of their deceased.
Nor have ci
They usually go into the crematorium garden.
they can stay on if requested
@@LewisJones-q5wsuch a waste of flowers though.
I would love to be in the funeral industry, to do something like this. I think it’s such a privilege to be given such responsibility. But I’m a cryer, if someone is sad around me it sets me off in floods.
Hi Stephen. I see your using FT machines complete with the auto charger. Really good machines👍
hi do you work for crematoruim ??
It's not as nearly as frightening sas I imagined it to be once the curtain closes having been to a crematorium service in inverness highland of scotland it is very distressing to wqtch
When my Grandad died in 2016, he too was cremated. We had the main funeral service in the church that he and Granny attended, and then the committal at the crematorium.
I sat in the front row next to Granny. At the end of the committal, we all stood up, and You'll Never Walk Alone was played (Grandad was a Liverpool supporter for most of his life). Granny was visibly upset, and I noticed that her hand shook quite a bit.
And then the curtain closed, and Grandad was gone.
When Granny died in 2024, she had a similar funeral. But the Skye Boat Song was played as her coffin was brought into the crematorium chapel, and then Non, Je Ne Regrette Rien by Édith Piaf was played as the curtain closed, and Granny was gone.
Everything cost more in USA
My friend works for a UK company called facultieve technologies and services San Franciscos cremators and he too said the American funeral costs are expensive.!
The Land Of The "Free!"
Cremations in the UK seem to be getting pretty cheap if you want just a basic, no frills one. Burials on the other hand are becoming very expensive. They are ripping people off. I am aged 60 at the moment and trying very hard to save for my funeral. It does become worrying at times, as there is only myself left. I have no brothers or sisters or any family left like that. People say to me don't worry about it, the state will pay for it, but I do worry. The last bit of pride that I have in me, I want to leave knowing I have paid for it. Just like the rest of my family before me did and also to my final wishes...🤔
@@eddiek0507 I'm 62, I live alone, and most of my family are dead. My two surviving siblings ignored me all Christmas and New Year. I worry about being found dead, after rotting for months. It happens. It's sad that you're alone, and I completely understand that you want to make preparations for the inevitable. There's nothing wrong with having a little pride, and wanting dignity in death. Hopefully that won't be for many years yet? Take care.
What a lovely funeral this is a good thing to have the rest and your body to be cremated in a lovely crematorium with the minister conducted this service I was at 2 crematoriums for the cremations of 2 friends Richard McGeechan ❤
This is what I want done, money becomes an irrelevance at your last breath and I want as much of mine going to my son rather than being wasted on flowers and limos' and hearses. It's perfect, dignified, cheaper and it's my final wish.
just wondering why it takes within 28 days to recieve the ashes back to the family ! just a thought ..
How do you know you get the remains of your loved ones?. Isn't it costly just to do one cremation?.
as my body being sent to that crem in vid after i passed looks they really care
I hold a B Tec in Funeral Operating been in many Crematoriums
hi you do cremations ?
That will put it straight for all the doubters out there who spread rumours that the coffin does not get cremated...🤔
You can choose not to. Much cheaper. In which case, they whip you out of the coffin, and you go in on your own.
Exactly a batch cremations.
Have a good day
Both my Granny (1934-2024) and Grandad (1934-2016) were cremated after their deaths.
Have a good day Anthony
I wonder if my dad's gold teeth just melted into nothing
really good to see this as an local young termilly ill guy from London my body will end up at that crematoruim as is local one to my area do you think im able to be crematted there as im 7ft 4 tall but slim built around 132lbs ? kind guys
What illness have you got? Sorry just being nosey.
@@Ellie-ym9et i sadly have stage 4 cancer drs can nolonger treat sadly so just time now do you work for funeral home ? crematoruim ??
They can do it in two halves.
How much is your gas bill every month ? Asking for a friend 🤔
😂😂😂
Make your loved ones check you have really passed. There have been cases where people were in coma’s
Yes that’s rare but better than being burnt alive😢
Recycling all those metal scrap, oh well, waste not, want not. Even the bones are recyclable. Saves land fill and vast acres of land.
Why is a coffin cremated with the body? In America it is only the body that is cremated.
Are the ashes of the body mixed with the ashes of the coffin. Seems like it
Yes it is
Sorry but as a funeral director we dont go around using pledge on the coffin 😂😂 that was for the cameras no one there to see the coffin its being burnt so no polishing 😂
😂😂😂
Oh so all your directs are treated like shit cos nobody is gonna see them? Nice to know 👍🏼
Your comment is not correct in the slightest. I pledge polish every single coffin that leaves my premises full funerals or not. At the crematorium when I convey the coffin into the chapel, I play Gabriels Oboe on my phone and I bow to the catalfalque in farewell. No deceased should ever be compromised due to the cost of the service.
@@Fd20y glad to know there are many more people than not who take pride in their privilege to care for deceased - everyone of my directs is treated with the same love and care as anyone else
@@cjjm17 his comment sums up what kind of professionalism he has.
My Liverpool friend's pithy comment at the cremation of his friend as the coffin rolled towards the curtain was, "That's it then. In through the curtain and out through the chimney." Typical scouse humour.
Sad to see a coffin with no name plate, and in almost 30 years in the trade never seen flowers cremated
Do you HAVE to purchase an expensive casket to burn a body?
Wow. Surprised you use wooden caskets for cremations. In America we use cardboard caskets.
Got me burning up
Very depressing
Why? We all have to go one day and when you do go you wont even be aware that you have. Enjoy each day,,,
Everyone has to go at some point
Decline from 30 years old. Better start enjoying yourself.
Couldn't they take the flowers off first.such a waste.
Well Steven is a bundle of fun isn’t he, what a depressing soul he is.
What happens to breast implants?
I find cremation very disrespectful, especially if you are religious. In most religions, you are told that hell is a place where people are punished by fire and dangerously high temperature levels. Isn’t that what cremation is, just burning people and giving the deceased a taste of hell?
Its more hygenic and my mum was very religious but the thought of being buried in damp soil with all sorts crawling in her body made her go for cremation Also once you die your soul goes to heaven So there is only a shell left behind
😢😢Yes, they give him the good news of Hell and not Paradise. Why isn’t he buried in the grave? It is better because we were created from dust and we will return to dust.
Are you sure hes dead??????????
Far too short with many details never touched on. Rather disappointing to be honest.
Why burn the coffin, seems like a waste of wood. I mean that for myself as well, I’m gone, put me in a paper bag and go forth.
Of course their is a lot it's a whole body. Especially if you're obese
UK Government.''
By allah the dead can feel just as if they were alive as foretold by the islamic prophet Muhammad pbuh. Oh people stop this evil practice because you are harming your loved ones. They can feel the fire and they will enter a bigger fire and never come out.
