    Looking for a simple yet delicious way to include healthy snacks into your daily routine? Try this umami bomb of Spiced, roasted edamame.
    Serves: 4, vegetarian
    Ingredients
    - 200g defrosted edamame beans
    - 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
    - ¼ tsp smoked paprika
    - ¼ tsp onion powder
    - Salt to taste
    Method:
    - Preheat your oven to 200ºC
    - Dry the edamame well using some kitchen paper
    - Transfer to a lined baking sheet
    - Add the olive oil and mix thoroughly, making sure the edamame do not overlap
    - Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 10 minutes
    - Remove the edamame from the oven and mix well
    - Return to the oven for a further 10 minutes or till crispy
    - Cool enough to be able to touch with your hands and season with the spices and salt
    - Mix well and enjoy
