I did some math and as a TB I have to spend 600 bucks worth of units and 100 more on bundles from the web store to reach the last milestone. Not worth it even if you have the units already. This is the most cash grab event they did so far, the ammount of points from milestone to milestone is too much. Even if you are a spender is not worth it. You could get more stuff on cyber weekend. The whales are the ones to blame for this terrible events and deals, they buy EVERYTHING, no matter the cost, and it ruins it even for other spenders. Also people doesnt seem to care the banquet event is not about having units saved anymore, we need tickets to buy the crystals, and they put those behind a paywall as well. Sure, they will give us enough for free so we fall in temptation to spend "a little" to get more, but its all about the carrot. I know Kabam is a company and the main goal is to make people spend, but why ruin the fun events? As Prof used to say, Kabam sure know how to put the F in fun.

The game is only pushing for players paragon and valiant which is not bad cause those throne breaker will lost out or force too buy which is why alot is upset about and kabam says they want new players to enjoy and have fun but then telling you these are not for everyone. Major slap in the faces of the FTP players below paragon... Wow such a well idea.
ONLY Valiant. Look at what that title gives in the Battleground shop, FAR better stuff that makes 6 Star & R2 7 Star rank ups easier. I just got Valiant, Paragon is the new Thronebreaker.

Kabam knows this, they even said they wanna do more too get the 60% causal players but this is not for them. Which is why the gap is getting wider ever time. I mean all you had to do to look at the top level point levels to figure out you would have to spend an absolute fortune on this event, either in units or money or both, I guess if you have 75k units sitting around its a good event for you! But for everyone else I mean rank 2 gems 5k, I have all the resources for that way too expensive. 5k for a 7* crystal rip off. Go out to the web store if you spend like $500 bucks you get the good stuff, but still to get the R3 gem you have to completely Whale out
Also if you compare this against the Omega event the cost was half 36k k units to get to the top milestone 2-3 gem and there was a hell of a lot more crystals along the way, this event is a fail just on this measure alone.

It effect the non spending players morale a bit. I mean I dont feel bad in general but looking at all those fancy rewards and not able to spend to that level it’s kinda effecting me. Thinking if I actually any use in mcoc without spending

I’ve been playing this game 10 years and this new progression level was just a money grab and I ain’t got time for necropolis. So I’m gonna keep complaining till they make tier 4 more prevalent.

And thats IF you have alot of top champs to even try via 100% Act 8 Exploration, and Saga Incursions progression to Zone 15. But even then, Incursions are P2W. A hellhole that I don't recommend anyone going through. And I certainly will never have that no-life attitude you have. Kabam wants people to spend their way to Valiant.

Clicked on the wrong part of the phone and accidentally purchased 5,000 unit deal. Asked Kabam for a refund immediately. Kabam said no refunds for this event. 😢
I only bought the sig stone pack for 125 per piece and still got back more units from the event and i could get to 900 points to get the 6* nexus but the other stuff...Not really worth it. Even the july 4th cash garb event was better value than this.
Don't blame Kabam, blame yourselves. So many of yall quick to spend on anything and Kabam knows it. Thus, why charge for less when you can get more and know people will still spend regardless.

This isn't worth the time/ tap investment. I'm taking the 1300 units and run.
