Thank you for the video!!! This was exactly what I was looking for. Also, is there a reason why you switch your parrying tool? I noticed you used your bandit curved swords, buckler, and parrying dagger, I think? Is it based on the enemy?
No it's just for fun and kinda to flex a little bit :D all of these have different Parry Windows / Frames. Curved Swords are the hardest to parry with and the buckler the easiest.
I started a new playthrough a couple days ago and I'm committed to the parry. Right now I'm running the buckler and getting decent results. I would love to graduate to curved sword parries. Would you say that your curved sword parries are consistent? Have you gotten to the point where it doesn't matter what you're using? Or even in your expertise, is the curved sword still somewhat less successful?
@@ng3207 also is it possible you can make a shorter video where you parry all "different" enemies and only show the actual parry and then skip to the next enemy? I think the video is a bit to long and it shows you parrying the same enemy and multiple times.
@@Gorjak13 I can try making another video with only all enemies once. This was a video to show each enemy parried in each region. But yes I can understand that this is kinda miss leading
suggestion for the next video, maybe on the expansion: show all the movies of the enemy that can be parried, and dont show the post-parry animation (the riposte). that will bring all the information and probably keep the video length not much bigger. Or you can simply show the attacks that are not parryable, so we are missing parry on anything else, its on us.
are you aiming for their hand or their weapon when it comes to parry because spears and greatswords give me the most trouble especially on a sword parry.
@@ng3207 thats the conclusion i also arrived at when I fought the crucible knight for the nth time, I can parry him all day because I died to him atleast a hundred times but I cant parry regular spearmen reliably much less the sword and shield varient of banished knights. Those guys have me up at 3 am screaming at my TV.
What is your favorite Parry in the Game? Mine is 48:55 because you are not the only one who can parry :D
49:03 poetic justice
That was so cool how the mimic parried him.
49:03 Finally the real boss got parried 😂
49:00 parrying urself and urself parrying you is wild
thank you so much for such an extensive compilation!
2:12 he swapped hand?? that was cool
19:15 even the lands between acknowledged your parry
I can't believe I just watched (and enjoyed) an hour long video of you parrying
This is the perfect video for a parry player like me

36:08 you can parry that????
Yes! It's actually quiet fun, especially it works in PVP aswell :)
@@ng3207 does it work on Melania as well?

A very satisfying 51 minutes!!!
You missed Eagles in limgrave 😅
I just didn't expect that you could parry them, thx for pointing it out

Hey I'm new, it's my first souls ever, so you parry when the enemy is fully wound up for an attack right? I'm trying but I can't consistently get it
Watch the hand of the enemies, not the weapon, parry the hand and you'll see better results
Saved.

First I went for the hand movement, but after practicing a while it's more muscle memory than looking at their hand or weapon

Okay
Chad
You are worthy.
Iam new to elden ring, how do you parry with dual swords?!
You can put the Parry Ash of War on any Curved Sword that allows changing Ash of War.
I think its more easier to partrry in elden ring than dark souls.
Well no shiz Sherlok.
nah its not
Parrying actually became harder and harder as dark souls progressed
No
I got a migraine reading that
ty
you can set parry for swords!!!!!!
