1:55- A rare spotlight on the ER nurses- and one of my favorite scenes in the 15-year-long show. My mom was an R.N.- even looked something like Haleh, albeit a little lighter in complexion, but sharp, sassy, beautiful soul and heart, knew her stuff, and had a sisterhood with her nurses that transcended color, age, and nationality. I wish she had lived to see this show.
One of the factors l love about this show is it honors nurses .
Not everyone is cut out or want to be a doctor. Nurses are needed and are the first line of defense for patients. They are really impressed people.

Did he say 85th percentile?
Yup. I thought she scored higher than that. To be blunt, 85th percentile is pretty much considered a failing grade on the MCAT nowadays.
