- Hellooo everyone! Welcome back to another living alone vlog :) Haven't been feeling the best of myself lately but I am trying to pull myself back together! Tried out a reformer pilates group class recently, been years since I last went one!
My eyes have been getting really dry recently, please let me know if you have any recommendations for dry eyes 🥲 thank you!

Such a lovely day in life brings me joy to see people happy and moving toward their purpose. I didn’t have any self discipline when it came to Invisalign. I would take it out before eating and never put them back in. I’m happy that you’re almost done with your journey.

try the acuvue dailies!!! i use to wear then the whole day and my eyes were dry but not dry to the point i cannot wear them
i tried acuvue moist before but it just not for me T.T maybe i should try acuvue oasys next time! which one are you wearing? 👀
@@nichelleng the one that i used to use was the Acuvue moist one! i thought it was the best haha 🤣 i stopped wearing because i did lasik! but because i used to wear contact lens, my eyes were so dry after lasik T_T and i had to keep putting the tears drops in my eye to keep it moist :(

Go see an ophthalmologist for your dry eyes. The most basic thing to use is tear substitute eye drops. You can get these in any drug store without any prescription. But if your condition is severe you must see a doctor.

乾眼要買矽水膠還有含水量低一點的唷！我是戴28%的。含水量太高的它會一直吸妳眼睛的水分，所以眼睛會越戴越乾。

Can you share about your Invisalign experience?
it's my second time straightening my teeth so i only go for invisalign lite, mainly to straighten my front teeth! and for me it's less painful than the traditional braces but the hassle to remove it everytime eating is just...🥲🥲😭
