    To create this weave we suggest the following:
    14G(1.6mm) 8.50mmID
    OR
    16G(1.2mm) 6.25mmID
    OR
    18G(1.0mm) 5.00mmID
    OR
    20G(0.8mm) 4.25mmID
    2 pairs of smooth-jawed pliers:

    I bought some chainmail stuff from you a few years ago, just saw this video and gave it another go tonight. I'm a bit out of practice, I should have chosen an easier one lol. I tried 18G 5mm ID, it's pretty finicky.

      Yeah, it doesn't have a lot of wiggle room.

    I love chain maille and I love watching ur tutorials and what u do, this is gorgeous tho it looks very fiddly! And that satisfying sound of the “click” when the rings are closed. Still getting to grips with the jump ring measurements, as in the uk we generally do outer diameter. Do u deliver to the uk?
