Lovely! I'm so un-crafty, but I think this is simple enough for me to accomplish! I'm American, so it cracks me up every time you say "vest." Here it's a shirt, and a vest is what guys wear under their suit coat in a 3-piece suit, lol!

How long in width and length is the scarfs
Hey, I never actually measured the scarf. I'd say you want it to be 1m x 2m. It depends how tall the wearer is.
